Klebelsberg Castle is considered one of the five most important cultural and historical buildings in Hungary. The place, which captivates every visitor, is also the perfect location for a wide variety of events!

The hotel’s 27 rooms can accommodate approximately 60 people at a time. The Castle complex, surrounded by a high stone fence, offers a quiet, peaceful rest for all guests. The discreet environment and the spirit of the place can be an excellent destination for those looking to recharge their batteries! The Klebelsberg Memorial House has excellent facilities for organizing a wide variety of events. Several sections can be created, which are suitable for organizing several programs simultaneously! The central reception in the event house can be used for all events according to your own ideas. (e.g. information desk, coffee break preparation, catering, etc.) For events, we provide a lectern with a built-in sound system, flipchart, large-screen mobile TV with HDMI connection option upon request. Women’s, men’s and barrier-free restrooms are available for guests.

Klebelsberg Castle is two souls in one body, as in addition to its hotel side, the house also has a significant cultural life, called Klebelsberg Castle Salon. In recent years, we have organized hundreds of outstanding cultural programs, reflecting on significant Klebelsberg anniversaries and events. We have built significant professional collaborations with prominent domestic public collections and cultural actors. In 2025, we will commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Klebelsberg Kuno, which we commemorate with numerous prominent events throughout the country.

Nestled in the Buda hills, in a quiet, green area of District II, is the Klebelsberg Castle. The elegant, neo-baroque-style building now awaits its guests as a tastefully renovated castle hotel and event venue. The castle was named after its former owner, Count Klebelsberg Kuno, Minister of Religion and Public Education, who also lived and worked here.

The historic building’s spacious, comfortable rooms, cozy interiors and terraces overlooking the park offer an ideal location for couples and small families looking to relax, as well as for organizing cultural events, conferences, weddings and representative business meetings.

The castle also hosts temporary exhibitions, classical music evenings and thematic performances. Guests can relax on the excellent hiking and cycling trails in the area, as well as the nearby Hármashatár Hill and the Buda Landscape Protection Area.

The city center and the surrounding cultural attractions, such as the Mariaremete Church, the Pasaréti Church or the Szemlő-hegyi Cave, are easily accessible by car and public transport. The castle is a special corner of Budapest, where past and present meet – in a peaceful setting, yet close to the heart of the city.
